Its like Target based Jobs .. You need to do complete target at any cost .. first 10 days you will never feel this .. bt after 15 days you will get stucked in targets and All other things like presure and all ... So I left the job bcoz of unnecessary presure of target... Which was not acceptable Practically... Thanks for asking me i hope it will help others to find good and Safe place ... And it can also help this company to improve and solve this issue of employees... Regargs Kisandas vaishnav.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
