...there for more than 15 hours every day and there only 100 rs given for overtime.the salary and other benefits are provided only to kind of employees which I mentioned earlier . I have worked there for more than 18 hours most of the day that's much I worked and they didn't give me any compensation or gratuvity. Work life balance I have to say clearly that if you are a orphan then go and work there otherwise your family will forgot you.. and I want say one more thing if this is seen by managing director or business partner all of you getting fooled if you are not want your company to disposed make sure all of you has to meet your employees individually and hear what are they saying . Clearly I mention 2 names madhavan kutty and shine from your kollam office they will put your company in black hole they are poisonus . I request you because of 6 years I worked for you sincerely
