Good staff and Senior position person in that organization. Work so hard and positive thoughts, but HR are selfish not co-operate with Jr. Daily schedule and rules and regulations. Our personal phone why giving organization. He not secure our phone. That's the reason Leaving . it's all about AAKASH UNIVERSAL Ltd. Thanks

There's a lot 1) full of politics, boss is only favoring one person. Post are only for name sale, no respect to project manager, if you don't favor bosses favorites person your salary will beon hold. Ego is important here. Less work more politics.

Full of politics, Manager and bosses don't have any knowledge in construction field. CEO and bosses don't know how to talk to staff uses only curse or bad words. Only stress, no proper increment no proper timetable for holidays. If you join company your social life is fully disturb

Writing on behalf of a friend. They are a fraud company who hires employees without joining/ appointment letter, make them work their as off and fire them after 3 months without evening compensating them.
