Management is very poor, decided by individuals decision. Lured people by good salary hike by some cooks. If you want a stable job security do not join Aakash. No natural justice for the employees, you may lose your jobs in a minutes with some fictional reason build against you. If you want to take big risk of your career, suitable place to work run by some academics who are all liars.

Salary is credited on last day of month, even in all the lockdowns. Your job is fully secured if you are a good teacher

9 hr job. If you are Head, then it may go beyond 9 hr. Strict study planner which are sometimes not suitable for students.

Only robot can work in aakash. Any time they can transfer you to anywhere they want. They will not think about how you will go. What happen to your family. If you are bachelor then you can join. For married people aakash is not suitable

These company do not understand faculty personal situations...they give posting randomly in any location without consent of faculty prefer locations.in these circumstances faculties suffer more w r t their families and personal growth.

Bad work environment reason: (1)working on SIP forcefully, (2)per day change in rules for travel and other reimbursements just to mentally disturb employees so that they quit and don't apply reimbursement, (3)overtime work forcefully with no extra pay, unplanned classes which harass faculties, Faculties are forced by DD, AD and AH to give students admission test to provide them maximum scholarship just to increase maximum number of admissions which later on affects teacher to fulfill the target result, (4) Less increment in salary (5) Unnecessary transfer any time even in the mid session just to downgrade ratings to kick out of company (6)In some centres, AH don't let you know about your feedback and ratings just to let you unaware of it if they are wishing to see you jobless or they are instructed by AD or DD to throw you out of the company so that it seems legal and ethical. (7) Job insecurity is the major reason here, when they need you, they will make you work for more than 12 hrs but when they start cost cutting, they will definitely find a way to terminate you even without paying you notice period salary or providing notice period. (8) Worst thing is their "Student First" concept which is applicable for any type of uncultured, unmannered and disturbing students. They can terminate you even just to hold one such type of students reason being these type of students of pay full fees. Conclusion is that at Aakash, a student who pay fee is more respectable than a teacher who has high knowledge and experience with even IITs degree. (9) In some centres there is a discrimination between JEE and NEET. This affects teachers value at centre. (10) The strict punch in and punch out system is very uncomfortable for employees. There should be a system like PW which uses Darwinbox and employees come and complete 9 hrs as per their work schedule and comfort.
