Management is very poor, decided by individuals decision. Lured people by good salary hike by some cooks. If you want a stable job security do not join Aakash. No natural justice for the employees, you may lose your jobs in a minutes with some fictional reason build against you. If you want to take big risk of your career, suitable place to work run by some academics who are all liars.

It is a business factory. They don’t even intent to provide salary. Some section is in security fund , some in variable pay. The end payout left is very less. No hikes.

Lectures are being used for calling like counsellors and marketing persons. All the counsellors work and marketing work will be dumped on Lecturers. Lecturers will be scolded like servants and bonded labour to do internal admissions daily. No dignity no respect.

Dirty Politics of Assistant Director, Deputy Director and people at Management level. They are disgusting people with rude, unprofessional, unethical, immoral behaviour. They are people who take benefits of others hardwork. A total disgusting environment. I won't suggest anyone to work here. Maximum of the good faculties are workingthere because they have no choice. Deputy Director of Gujarat is a very shrewd, cunning and worst person I have seen and met. Because of his rude, arrogant ,manipulative behaviour and dirty politics many best faculties have resigned from Surat, Vadodara, Vapi Branches of Aakash Byju. But even the people at highest management is least bothered. He threatens people directly as if he is the company owner....Read More
