Salary gets on time, rest of the things needs alot of changes, like working hours need to be less, one day week off is very less, also working from flexibility should be given more, this work place thinks more about students rather for people who works for them , who are providing and giving business to them.

I work in QRC department at Head office. Work culture is fabulous here. We get weekly off on Sunday. Leave is easily sanctioned. Management is very helpful in every aspect. After collaboration with Byjus there are several changes in policies which is in favour of employees.

Dislikes

Dislike is extensive monitoring of employee. In head-office at every corner is camera there. There are some restrictions like no talking on mobile phone in office hours etc.

I am happy here in QRC department. But I have listened many bad things about centre. At this time I can't comment as I didn't work at any Aakash Centre.

Salary is credited on last day of month, even in all the lockdowns. Your job is fully secured if you are a good teacher

9 hr job. If you are Head, then it may go beyond 9 hr. Strict study planner which are sometimes not suitable for students.
