Good work environment. Company is very supportive and the management is transparent. Faculties should work here atleast for one year to know the actual teaching skills .

Dislikes

Nothing as such .. little politics played by branch people but HR people are very good so better to work properly and believe company rather than branch people.

Training is awesome, but appraisals depend upon the assistant directors opinion.most of them are genuine but few are not so good they are biased. Aakash chennai is different aakash bangalore is different they are unique in the work cultures but aakash in ap and telangana is the bottom most branches. Faculties have no value. They are directed to make phone calls to parents especially foundation faculty doesn't have significant value. Sometimes times they become telecallers., sometimes they become wardens of srichaitanya and narayana.., I don't like that kind of treatment to fellow faculties. Aakash is excellent for women employees....Read More
