...ood is salary we are getting on time (Not sure how many days it will continue ) salary here is divided into two parts 1 fixed monthly salary and variable pay (Which they are not giving )

The company is not giving Variable pay which has to be given half yearly. Apart from that they have deducted 10% of total salary and they mentioned in joining letter that it will be given in the 26th Month after completing 2 years. I have already completed 30 months but they are not giving my own money which is more than 3 lacs and combined with variable its total 4.5 lacs. if u join now definitely u will regret after two years as u will loose a lot of money what ever salary they offer u will get 60-70% only in hand

Management is very poor, decided by individuals decision. Lured people by good salary hike by some cooks. If you want a stable job security do not join Aakash. No natural justice for the employees, you may lose your jobs in a minutes with some fictional reason build against you. If you want to take big risk of your career, suitable place to work run by some academics who are all liars.

Great work life balance as working hours are fixed (9Hours). Salary is credited on last working day of month. Good infrastructure. Professional culture.

Dislikes

They don't value individuals much. Rules are applied blindly. Higher management is very irresponsible when it comes to employees' individual considerations. Don't join if you are very good with subject as growth is steady. Non performers get same growth. A lot of favour on DD level. HR department is just like other HR departments in India, they always favour AD & DD's interests over an individual employee and that's not good.

No leaves given at proper time You may be send anywhere in India for 1 month work on your own expenses first after that u may get it return maybe not. U may to forced to work at different different locations few months one location few months other location

Salary timing is very good.

9 hours.. it's 11am-8pm. Unable to give family time. Too much stress - rather than teaching all unnecessary tasks have to complete during certain timing. -Like calling parents fortnightly is unnecessary. - Invigilation in every exams - There's no place to sit in the office - If one task is completed, A.H line up another task which have no use for students or for me as well. - Management needs help in every way to council new parents to take addmission. There no time fix for council, parent comes mgmt calls... - washroom are too ugly - Insects( cockroach, bugs), lizard and rats are there makes place unhigenic. - Management and admins have no manners. And last but not least, It was my dream job but now I'm done with this.
