...ood is salary we are getting on time (Not sure how many days it will continue ) salary here is divided into two parts 1 fixed monthly salary and variable pay (Which they are not giving )

The company is not giving Variable pay which has to be given half yearly. Apart from that they have deducted 10% of total salary and they mentioned in joining letter that it will be given in the 26th Month after completing 2 years. I have already completed 30 months but they are not giving my own money which is more than 3 lacs and combined with variable its total 4.5 lacs. if u join now definitely u will regret after two years as u will loose a lot of money what ever salary they offer u will get 60-70% only in hand

They will make you work like a machine 200 calls dailed with 90 connected calls and 3 hrs of talk time which is humanly not possible in8 hrs so they ask you to extend your shift i have worked for 12 hrs a day to complete target

*No personal life at all *Over time working in weekoffs and holidays as skeleton staff name *no salary hike as per performance *very bad work culture *very much pressure at work like hell * after office hours meeting at 8 pm 9pm and all * for emergency leave of our also we have mail and wait for approval * work from employee should be on time and over time we have to work but nothing you will get on time * I left because they cheated me in incentives WORST EXPERIENCE

There are ton of things to dislike this company. I would recommend everyone who is thinking to join this company. Just dont join this company. you will regret every day of your work. I worked there as a fresher and still after 6 years the company culture is pathetic. Your experience will mean nothing. Its a useless job. Politics, horrible management, overtime,abuse from management and bosses. Better find somewhere else to work

Aesl is great place to work but manager's and higher authority people are not at all good...they only know to squeeze the employees and grow themselves. They won't give chance to grow employees... worst work culture and worst mindsets of managers. They won't deserve for good rating
