Great work life balance as working hours are fixed (9Hours). Salary is credited on last working day of month. Good infrastructure. Professional culture.

Dislikes

They don't value individuals much. Rules are applied blindly. Higher management is very irresponsible when it comes to employees' individual considerations. Don't join if you are very good with subject as growth is steady. Non performers get same growth. A lot of favour on DD level. HR department is just like other HR departments in India, they always favour AD & DD's interests over an individual employee and that's not good.

No job security , slow growth, internal politics , no leaves when you need, forget personal life , you may get terminated any time, salary deduction in the form of sincerity fund for 2 years

...company. Worst company to work with, its was a nightmare working with this one. They did not give me my one month salary, my hard earned money, because they transferred me to Delhi and i refused to leave my family here and go. Made me slog real hard to different locations during my 7 month pregnancy period. No empathy for a lady also. JC Choudhary, the CEO, god knows what airs he has about himself, hope he rots and dies in hell.

As per career growth, job security and salary, it is a very good place to work

In terms of work environment, it is not a good place at all. There is so much politics and even your senior managers are doing politics and one more thing which I don't like is that most of the heads or academic head are from biology background, so they always take decisions which benefits biology faculty not anyone else.

There have lots of pros: - The brand - Women first policy - work satisfaction - learning environment

Dislikes

This cons are recently added, because the policy change - stop giving increment - no work life balance (Saturday and Sunday working) - didn't receive the bonus yet.
