Very unprofessional office environment No job security, lots of internal politics, no value for Admission officers , lots of pressure every day, everyday like a hell here, BM is playing politics he does favourizam no travel allowance are being approved no any vendors payment is being paid it’s going to BM pocket if you spend anything for marketing activities you will not get it back because it is also whateverw money comes to branch it is all going to BM pocket. No value for parents also,

HR is totally worthless there. They don't have any power, BM & RHGH is only the decision maker. HR followed BM's order only so they should remove the HR in their company because they are totally helpless.

Toxic environment with zero learning and outstanding male domince with Zero english knowledge and partiality favourable to the pet of the branch manager along with mental harrasment.

Lot of internal politics in whitefield branch Bangalore, my reporting manager name Suhaas Singh who like to do politics He easily dnt appreciate when an employee perform well. He find out little bit employee's mistake and then he create big issue, he and his chmche only consider business, they dnt understand parents condition. When we cnt achieve target then he dnt give week off easily. He dnt shout easily to his chamcha चाहे वह कित्ती भी बङी गलती क्यो न करे। I saw there were few employees who were fired while foing small mistake without any notice. 2nd thing HR name Tanisha S who is also big lier she never support us she always do show off regarding help but in actual she easily dnt help. Before joining she talk big big thing then after she dnt bother. We cnt force parents to admit their children but my reporting manager say chae kch hojae we want business thats y due to mental torture i have resigned within 2 months. I dnt know why people dnt fired easily to these politician. जो सीधे साधे ईमानदार होते है उनको छोटी सी बात पे निकाल देते है

Best organization for them who is ready to get insulted every second, work like a slave for more than 12 hrs, (including week off), can tell lie all the time and always ready for bitching and politics.
