Just for livelihood, here is average job security and no culture. The management did not help at any kind of market issues. No bonus at here

Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year . Company take care employee as they are a family of organization they will understand our concerns and make sure to full fill our demands to fill a happy atmosphere in company .

Good work environment and Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adrees our dedication. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They doesn't provide training . Not provide market support. Only pressure to achieve target. There is zero culture.
