Just for livelihood, here is average job security and no culture. The management did not help at any kind of market issues. No bonus at here

There is a lot of politics with CNF and Stickiests. Salary is decent but Carter growth is zero.

Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year . Company take care employee as they are a family of organization they will understand our concerns and make sure to full fill our demands to fill a happy atmosphere in company .

Some times company think only we are the best but they will not take competitors seriesly .
