Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year . Company take care employee as they are a family of organization they will understand our concerns and make sure to full fill our demands to fill a happy atmosphere in company .

Aakash Namkeen is basically indian company and its top seniors are too good . They show yoh the right way towards the aim.It is familiar company also. By directly or indirectly they looking all employees growth.

There is a lot of politics and ths management does not address employees issues. Unnecessary expenses deducted by mis staffs without information. It is ths part of their how much amount yoh are eligible.
