Just for livelihood, here is average job security and no culture. The management did not help at any kind of market issues. No bonus at here

Aakash Namkeen is basically indian company and its top seniors are too good . They show yoh the right way towards the aim.It is familiar company also. By directly or indirectly they looking all employees growth.

There is a lot of politics and ths management does not address employees issues. Unnecessary expenses deducted by mis staffs without information. It is ths part of their how much amount yoh are eligible.
