Aajeevika bureau is not profit organization who works for migrant workers. It provides various services, reference and charity works for contraction worker, factory worker, hamal worker. Aajeevika bureau has many different projects across the country. In other NGO's hire a people for contract basis. but Aajeevika bureau hire first 6 months probational period than it convert to regular employee. You can work here for long time without any fear. if employees gives is average performance than it's job is safe. I like culture of the organization very much.
