Aajeevika bureau has many different projects across the country. In other NGO's hire a people for contract basis. but Aajeevika bureau hire first 6 months probational period than it convert to regular employee. You can work here for long time without any fear. if employees gives is average performance than it's job is safe. I like culture of the organization very much.
