.... very very bad company...... I have very bad experience with this company.... Company management is very bad and they only use people for there own benefits, they don't pay salary to the employee but they want there work to be done.....my four month salary is pending for the months of June, July, august and September in 2019 i have put mails to the company but there is no reply from company about my money....when i resign management starts to threaten me they told me if you don't join there will be legal action on you.... this what type of people are they...these people are mentally unstable... whoever reading this review i request you to don't join such organisation where they don't value your work... work environment is so bad.... no benefits from these company....... No salaries........... there is no positives in these in this company..........totally waste company there is no specific timing in this company you have work 24X7 in this company without salary......

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
