Likes

The company is open for innovation and new initiatives. Failures is okay but quiting is not allowed. Task has to be completed at any cost irrespective of the loss and time. Great team to work around and scope of learning is too high. Open to learn new things and experiment.

Dislikes

Work Life Balance is a little bit bitter part of working here and Salary Increments are little too dull.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
