It was having good tunning with Director and staff members. Work culture was good. Senioirs giving respect to the jouniers. And working environment was very free

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Company was very old but due to financial problems company wasunable to offer goog renumaration to the blue caller workers. So hiring and retaining blue caller workers was tough task.

aacord company is aacord not accord location is pune swarget, not a private limited company and totally fraud management

Dislikes

company employee not received sallary 7 to 8 month and regularly change staff reason for MD, last two years 3-time change all staff
