I'm working here about one years.. very nice environment and supportive staffs.. Also you can learn about Telecom and they gave very good training..

Dislikes

As per work they are not giving salary properly.. otherwise very good to work here..

Nothing to like, The company is full of politics.

Dislikes

Very less salary after working 12 hours everyday, no appreciation, office politics from the leads, favouritism on it's peak, no appraisal, no work life balance, full of hateness.etc.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
