I was able to learn a lot from the cases that i handled for the chairman of AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP. Employee who is dedicated and hardworking is the one who generally gets acknowledged by Anil Goel Sir. Anil sir is very passionate about his work and is keenly invested in getting a resolution for Insolvency cases. He is genuinely a self made man and entire organisation revolves around him only. The employee will surely improve his/her skills on various parameters such as drafting, communication, interpreting provisions of IBC 2016 and IBBI Regulations. There is immense exposure if one has to learn. I am very fortunate that I was able to match the requirements of organisation and get promoted to Senior Legal Associate within a span of 2 years.

...en done by the employee. The HR will post job for requirement in AAA Insolvency. However, you will be hired under the pay-role of India Juris (A law firm managed by Anil sir but on paper its Mr. Sameer Rastogi). In reality the brand name is AAA Insolvency Professionals and no one actually knows the name of India Juris in the market. The main reason i left the organisation was because i was working for AAA but i was getting my salary from India Juris. On highlighting my grievances to the organisation they mentioned that we cant do anything about this. Moreover, I received my appointment letter on the last day of working in AAA insolvency. Please ensure that HR mentions about your payroll. The HR also leaves organisation in every 2 months as there is a huge stability issue.

The fact that I could learn IBC but mostly due to personal effort and helpful colleagues.

...ion I ever worked for. Terrible HR policies and inhumane treatment of employees. During the pandemic when everyone was trying to help each other, they imposed a 40% salary cut for WFH even before the lockdown began. And during the lockdown we were working for 12 hrs as opposed to the 9hrs, it was exhausting and exploitative as we were doing this after salary cuts. More than 10 people lost their jobs or were forced to resign without any notice period during the lockdown. Also, the HR policies are such that they are always looking for a reason to deduct your salary which is extremely stressful for the employee. I have attended meetings with Banks and Companies, and the bosses of the organization blatantly lied in those meetings. Also, I have seen malpractices in the company. All this made the environment very toxic.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

The management doesn’t address the employees issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company policies are not good, appraisals are not on the basis of performance but on the basis of chairman view only not even team leader s view is considered. At any time management impose such policy which benefits to management, whether it reduction in salary in pandemic Covid 19 despite of enough revenue or to cancels earned leaves.

- This is a very useless company, Joining here will be the biggest mistake of your life - Timing are from 10AM to 7PM - The Company chairman will not trust you, Sometimes he will think that you do not work, you are taking free salary. - There are no medical insurance benefits, No ESI and no Provident Fund provided. - Whenever the chairman feels like it, he just changes the HR Policy however he wants, without caring about government regulations - Seniors management does not support you -Recruitment is continuous whole year due to widespread reluctance to work for this organisation.

The Biggest dislike here is the company chairman mr Anil Goel, I've never seen such a negative person in my life, He couldn't care about your problems, all he's concerned about is his work, whether you're sick or someone in your family has passed away, it doesn't matter to him - If you take a long leave for any reason, mr Anil goel will assume you're lying. - if you take sick leave, mr Anil goel will assume you don't want to work here, that you've joined somewhere else, and you're just pretending to be sick. - mr Anil goel will embarrass you in front of the entire office, yelling at you, demotivating you, threatening to fire you, and repeatedly threatening to cut your salary. - There are no benefits in this company, working here is no different from being in jail - No growth

Dislikes

Lots and lots of politics. No training at all , no process handling .No review and interaction with top management . My team head was so insecure that we not let us to meet top management and portray them as evils .Company is good where lot can be learnes. But pathetic leadership can ruin everything .Very good colleagues
