This would be among worst company if I rate it fairly, Management always try to get benefits by cutting employees leaves, salary, they are regularly doing foul practices like sometime asking for working on weekends, deduct night shift , lapsing leave, on my 11 years career here i find first time that leave is not your Right it's their courtesy to allow you leaves of they want If you follow the boss is always right , and Sir and Madam culture this company could be a heaven for you, else you will feel like hell

Boss is always right , Sir and madam culture, opportunity for growth are only for those who have licking skills with hardworking hard working alone must not work, if you speak a single word that Ms Roopali (CFO) and Mr Akhilesh (CEO) don't like your are finished, you will feel the test of politics there They doesn't care about the employees, though if follow the yes sir yes madam culture, you could become a Prince as well they can give you any position title they like Overall it's good company for lickers

Office Politics Less Salary Worst Timings Worst Policies If you really want to screw yourself, Join A3Logics. it is like hell, If you are doing politics along with management, then you are good but if not then there is no job for you. Also the CEO, CFO the manager they just have a single Project and they are getting the billing from client and even they don't pay the 20% to their employees. What they focus is on how to deduct the Salary. Even if there is an emergency, you have to take the approval from management to go out from office boundaries. They are running a school. you can't sit in cafeteria, you can't use your phones, you can't talk with your collogues.

Their starting salary inhand of EDI Analyst is only 13,600 rs and if you are waiting for the whole year for increment, you only get increment of 10% only. It's not the story of me, it's the story of every A3 employee. Every year they terminate employees, every year many employees resign as they don't get enough for their working. I left this job as early it is possible for me and along me many employees also resigned. They have bulk hiring every time bcz the employees can't stay there for long. If you want someone to do alot of work, then you have to pay good. It's funny to tell anyone that a btech graduate is getting 13,600 rs only

I don't recommend this company to anyone because they don't care about their employees at all. They don't care of your family emergency. Basic salary is not more than 500. They can ask you anytime to leave their organisation. Management level is really bad. In terms of salary -- hike is very bad.
