Never choose A2Z, its a optional when no job in hand. Its totally lala Organization, they never give salary to the staff on time. Work culture is very bad. Better to sit idle than do the job in A2Z.

Attendance relaxation if you are Involving I in sit work not applicable for office employees

Dislikes

Salary is always dealy so if you are bounded by EMI Than dear this company is not for you. Convance is the major problem specially in this group convance is delayed around 1-1.5 yr. U have to pay from ur pocket. 2months backup salary is necessary is group otherwise u can't survive.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
