Only one thing, it's opp to CSMT train station

Dislikes

...ing, demotivate employees and always proud of having crore of money with him. 3. Always false promises and never pays salary what he has promised. 4. HR department don't even have sence to take an interview. 5. They says they are Partners of Mahindra Company and hires staff. (Not sure of that) as Mahindra Policy of working is far excellent.

Businesses were good such as FMS, Waste Management, Telecom EPC... Team members were good during 2015-2017. Later got deteriorated

Employee Salary, Full & Final Payments, Payment of Gratuity were the last Priority. Company took advantage of Covid 19. Despite attending full office, Salaries were paid with a 35% deductions by Company management. Management never liked to pay Full & Final Settlement, Gratuity of employees for a long time, till the time employee would have proceeded to Labour Court. Monthly Salaries were paid with delay by 3 to 4 months in average. Company never paid Earned Leave while settling F&F payments.

Have learned a lot here in multiple profiles.

Dislikes

No specific KRA of a Employee. No fixed date of salary credit. Frequent changes in management level. No rights for employee to speak. Very weak in compliances. Slow growth.

Likes

The company offers good salary to persons but always hold salaries of the employees without any reason and a number of employees got their salaries through court cases. My salary is still not released for five months without any reason.

Very Awkword management, not a single employee working in the company is happy with the management.
