Company policies (benifits) are well defined , timely payment of salary ,well managed and clean work place.

Management don't treat their employees as human, they hire in bulk without proper interviews , and fire without reason . Technical knowledge of managers is pathetic, they prefer copy -paste. "Chamcha" type employees have great opportunity here.

They fire people in covid-19 lock down. No job security and they can't use people's knowledge. They are confuse about the role of employees. Don't go their you can't complete a year in this company.

Overall just like Grocery shop

Dislikes

No team work, politics, zero in appraisal, no transport, unhygienic, one person with multi tasking, no learning as they works on registers, no tools or software want as management don't want to expense single peny to update them, personal works are done through office employees even of house servants, no proper calendar management due to confused directors and managements, blind trust on seniors no value of new generation. Expense lots of money due to no planing/ management in cancellation but not on new employees welfare or extra actives, new employee at any designation is treated like labour.

There is no job security. If you want to secure your job so you have to become Chamcha & do Chamchagiri of your Manager & Director. Work life is too stupid here. They are not working on new technologies. They have a huge mountain of paperwork and maintaining there records in files not in system. Director of this company is very egostic person and not interested in employee health and wellness.Too much politics is here. Especially, if you are going to join there with Marketing/Accounts/Store/Purchase Manager. So you have to prepare for serving harassment on daily basis. There is no value of working enthusiasm. They will like only if you will not raise any complaint/objection against your Management. If you will raise, so you to prepare for leaving this company at any moment. My overall experience is saying that this is a Third class company, you can call it "Dukan".
