...l get only. 3.No bonuses at all,you have to beg for your money to management. 4.Salary hike is not as expected. 5. No cafeteria,No medical policy,even WFH you will get but after that they will cut your increment due to WFH.

Nothing, It is not organization, it is labor factory and they treat everyone as day to day labor.

I did dislike everything, their work environment, their polices salary , flexible hours etc. At time of joining or interview they tell you different policies and once you resign they start talking like today property dealer. thye have you have signed agreement that you will not be paid any notice period and notice period is all dependent on company wish. It is complete Grocery Shop w to day labor, never work for them.
