1. For fresher it's perfect for learning. 2. Great work accomplishments in short time even,1 year work we will complete in 6 months. 3. Alternate Saturday off. 4. You will become master in all field including yours.

1.No CL and sick Leaves available. 2. Leave yearly is limited to 10-12 nos only, crucial government holidays you will get only. 3.No bonuses at all,you have to beg for your money to management. 4.Salary hike is not as expected. 5. No such things is available. If work is their you have to work late night upto 1AM and next day sharp office time you have to reach.

Nothing, It is not organization, it is labor factory and they treat everyone as day to day labor.

I did dislike everything, their work environment, their polices salary , flexible hours etc. At time of joining or interview they tell you different policies and once you resign they start talking like today property dealer. thye have you have signed agreement that you will not be paid any notice period and notice period is all dependent on company wish.
