Overall the work culture is is nice, the learning process and the environment is satisfying, I like the Companies work profile and also I get to balance professional and personal life where as there is no much pressure from management, they are nice in terms of communicating.

Dislikes

I mainly dislike the salary structure where as I'm not getting the PF, it's a security amount which is needed for anyone, also that the fun activities are missing for the refreshment. I'm willing and hoping to get Saturdays off.

...y policy is only beneficial for company. If you are planning to join then don't. If you tell them you want salary in Account then they tell you No. If you want PF then both amounts will be deducted from your salary only. Not only that they take cash out from your salary as a security bonus.

Dislikes

They give salary in cash so they can do tax fraud. No salary Slip. No week offs. No holidays on festivals like dashera and diwali. If you are engineer then they take your original documents and return after you complete bond of 2 years and on top of that they have 60 days notice period. No PF.

Everything'.. no job security... The moment i felt i gave resignation.. even they don't have courtesy to try to retain.. basically no respect to designation... Its baniya shop with qualified ppl.. no work culture...no management..

The work culture is quite tensed, a bit of a work pressure, but the learnings that I have got from this company is out of the box. They gave me an open platform to research and review, & let me work the way I wanted. The leaders are nice & keep motivating us in every way possible. They have weekly review meetings, where if the performance is not up to the mark, the team leaders give us tactics to do better in the next week. Overall a good company to work with for freshers, just stick to the company and give your best, and you will take away a lot with you
