Additionally, reporting managers delay responses to employee concerns, yet expect immediate action on work-related tasks. 5. This was my 1st organisation as an intern and environment was very friendly and the seniors were very cooperative and helping in nature. Also in my whole career this organisation have given me a lot in terms of mentally and financially. I would recommend many for successful career in life as there success rate of intern becoming CAs is very high Till now I have seen more than 60 intern becoming CAs from this organisation
