Saturday & Sunday off. Salary on 10-15 of every month.

Dislikes

The first thing the owner thinks on-time salary is company growth. if you are new you will face partiality. only 3 to 4 people work here. Here is no job security. They can hire and fire you any day. If you join here forget about travel, learning and innovation. Owner is arrogant and misbehaves with people. He will continue arguing with you what he has no knowledge. Terrible management.

That the company is flexible (not much rigid) & the owner always tries to think from an employee's perspective. Growth is there if responsibilities are taken with good attention & care, which is a matter of every firm. This is a total IT sector firm with no BPOs or telecall-ings for now, focused only on International Clients with services in SEO, Local SEO, Website Development & maintenance, Graphics Designing, and Content Writing.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
