Likes

Good projects, lots of work. Very less work force. If you want to learn, it's the place for you. Work life balance is pretty bad. Covid support : All staff salaries starting from March 2020 and further, have been reduced to half by the company apart from the increased volume of work and payment from clients ( Govt. Agencies) Further reduction also intimated.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

H R management system is non-functional. Very difficult to get Financial growth. No specific teams for even prestigious projects. Mixed teams.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
