Management is kind enough that they haven't reduced pay to any employee also supported with salary for few of the employees who couldn't opt work from home option.

I like the process in the CTS team The work which I done is awesome and the manager also good

There is no motivation in team members They always share a negative feedback to the new joinees And work load is always being affected by the team it is very much pressure

Overall company structure and work process and HR management are good.

Dislikes

only the problem is only jaldra boys getting supports from managers and TL and groupisim is highly peaked, managers are spoling the company name by doing these type of activities. They don't care about the layman’s only supportive for edupudi vela seiravan they hardworking never getting paid much than that sombu. If you are looking for a job it was nightmare of which team you are going in. Otherwise your mental peace and span of career will spoil.

Good to have a team with motivational and supportive to move forward with my carrier.

Dislikes

Restriction for mobile usage is a problem i am facing personally. Some important or emergency situation i cant support my family. Regard some financial status update also we cant reach at that time because of this rule.
