I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am looking forward for a place of work they value creative thinking and where management are receptive to the feedback their subordinates.

This is a family business so you have to satisfy all of them and keep urself ready to answer each one almost 4-5 person ask for the report and it is difficult to satisfy them all.. Politics starts from top to bottom..

1-There is no job security, you can be fired at any time, without any reason. 2-Everything will go well in the beginning but after a few days when you get a little older you will be expected to do the work of 4 employees. 3-You will always listen to sycophants no matter how much work you do and how much you do right. If the sycophant says wrong is right, then the owner will also say wrong is right in most of the cases. 4-The feedback of the AC Brothers all female owners there is terrible. They neither understand anything and do they micro-manage their employees and beat(scold) and torcher them without any reason. 5-The office environment feels outdated and uncomfortable. 6-Job rotation disrupts workflow and adds unnecessary stress. 7-Overall if we talk about it then if you are unemployed then join this company, do not leave your secured job and join this company, they fire the employees without any reason.
