Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

The company openly welcome freshers to settle down in their working environment. They also hire talented experienced candidates with handsome package. People around you so cool, they are ready to help you each & every step. Work load & pressure bit easier comparatively to its competitors that allow employees to grow & utilize their skill to maximum. The company also provide a good annual hike to their employees.

Dislikes

Though, the company works on the US clients so you have to work on night shifts. This could be the only negative thing I felt in the organization. They need to rotate the shifts of employees. Do not employed an individual continuously in nights. This could be disturbed his work life balance. They organized sports events but not on regular basis. They should organize it on regular basis atleast once a year.

Great place to learn, Supportive team especially mobile iOS Team lead is very good. great place to learn or if you want to start your career.

Dislikes

No Work life balance, You will find the Managers with 0% Technical experience that will hurt developers and they won't listen they will ask only for the build at any cost.

Good for beginners. Learn and work on your own talent. If looking for growth,success and money change is required.

Dislikes

No senior technical experts team or PM. Work management is not good. No proper work standards followed. Requirement and specification gathering is poor.

I joined A-1 Technology as Technical Support Executive. Then I moved into IT and it was awesome learning under guidance of Mr. Rajesh Pandey. I was completely new to the IT and I learned a lot which shaped my career in IT.

Dislikes

Company benefits are limited. Fortnight salary disbursal is a pain
