Work load & pressure bit easier comparatively to its competitors that allow employees to grow & utilize their skill to maximum. The company also provide a good annual hike to their employees.

Dislikes

Though, the company works on the US clients so you have to work on night shifts. This could be the only negative thing I felt in the organization. They need to rotate the shifts of employees. Do not employed an individual continuously in nights. This could be disturbed his work life balance. They organized sports events but not on regular basis. They should organize it on regular basis atleast once a year.

No Work life balance, You will find the Managers with 0% Technical experience that will hurt developers and they won't listen they will ask only for the build at any cost.
