We can approach to our L-2 Manager easily. Environment between departments employee is very good. Time to time games & other activity take place. Good for freshers get to learns a lot here due to too many work process. Flexi time table. Big & spacious office.

1.Dictatorship in Sanjan Plant: -Generally in every Plant we can see there will be senior leaders in every department such as Production, Dispatch, Store, Accounts, MIS, HR and Safety but here the scenario is very different we can see single digit experience GETs after 7-8 years experience acting as department leads. -It looks good to see young leaders coming up but at the same time experience and senior leaders are required, the logical reason is whenever a higher discission making situations comes we can imagine if the other department leads are young they will be biased with the discission of Plant Manager. In case there are 3-4 Senior Leaders, Then Plant Manager cannot dominate or manipulate the decisions and a fair and collective decision will come out similar to democracy. -Similarly, there is one more interesting role i.e VSM-Value Stream Manager it sounds good but practically no decision taking powers or proper reporting team provided to VSM. The Departments will have GETs as head and VSM will be head of 2 or 3 department. In short at outer orbit it seems they are having decision powers but not actually. -Due to this Dictatorship issues, the new GETs are getting suffered because the Mentors available are once GETs will low experience and skills. -They will not be able to assign proper Projects to GETs due to which GETs/Freshers feel direction less after Engineering they are not even allotted a organized activities. 2.Increments: The Leaders in the Plant get biased during increments as the whole increment process depends on inputs of what people say about you. There are quarterly Goals but the question is to the review system audit by external parties.
