Likes

The work culture is pretty neat. You’re required to complete your within the job hours. Extra hours are not counted & not required even. However, that’s the only plus point.

Dislikes

The company does not have any provision for growth or any learning/ development. You’re expected to make your own investment and grow by yourself. There’s no scope for promotion either. The management keeps adding to your job description however you’re not compensated for the additional work. Moreover, the increments are bare minimum. They’re finding reasons to put you down in your appraisals leading to a poor increment.

The culture is the single best ingredient at 91s - they have not been able to support many employees who have been laid off due to the company's inability to handle the Covid 19 situation.

There is absolutely nothing not to like at 91s; hope and pray that the company goes from strength to strength.

Nothing. First they stopped the salaries for the month of April and May and then they fired around 100 people in June without any salary.

Working at 91 was initially fun and exploring a new field. Later they realized the way they spend is harming their overall expenditures so they started laying off people during these crisis, pay cuts for employees who are currently working. Time when employees need them they are parting their ways just because they couldn't manage their expenses well initially. Now the employees have to bear the challenges.
