Worst company ever which i had worked Hold my salary for taking leave for my own marriage.Also terminated me for the same reason.Company claims that even director has taken only one day leave for his marriage where i had taken 2 weeks for my marriage

...company with lot of dreams...which all were destroyed by the company itself.....this company holded more than 70 percent of the employee salary.....on the day july 5 we got the salary and my salary was 35k but i got only 12 k....they told that they have marked loss of pay due to lot of criteria...but the company has no ethics at all...dont have proper lead..dnt have travel plans...no proper incentive packages.....on july 6th a mass resignation occured entire kerala...total of nearly 45 employees due to salary issue....Dont join in this company.....this even they are cheating the employees and even we use to work for midnight 12.00 we have to travel bear minimum of 60 km with out any travel allowance every single day for Demos.

...e an actor here. No Career growth - You will remain in the same post for years No salary appraisal - You will get the same salary for years. No job security - You can be terminated at any hour. Work Environment - Worst Work-life balance - You have to work from Monday to Saturday till 6:30pm . If you go at 6:30pm, it is considered you are going early. That's the culture here. You don't have time for anything else. Office and location - It is located in some village with no buildings near you. Unsafe place. Not in a town or IT location. Office is like a room in a flat with no cabins or proper placing. Unprofessional. Accommodation and Food - You will get free accommodation just next to the company just to make you work overtime. Food is horrible in the mess. You have to buy food from outside every time.

Free accomodation, managable work timings, we can work on sundays ans compensate the loss of pay as well. Friendly behaviour of the senior employees as well
