Toxic work culture Very high Attrition Rate I was hired and fired next month After 15 days of joining my manager tells me I hired you by mistake, when I have said “No” to other companies I was given Offer Letter HR play office politics and discrimination based on Gender, Caste and State you come from Not Safe for women ( They hide POSH cases )

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience at 7-Eleven, but if I had to mention one challenge, it would be the occasional lack of flexibility with scheduling during peak periods. While I understand the need for consistency, sometimes balancing personal life and work during busy times can be challenging. That said, I truly appreciate how the company is always striving to improve work conditions and support employees

1. The company provides complimentary meals for employees. 2. There are free transportation options available for staffs.

Dislikes

1. The company has chosen to prioritize expenditure on a rented office space rather than investing in its employees. 2. Employees, especially those in the security domain, should not expect good appraisals or opportunities for growth. 3. Numerous incorrect hiring decisions at the top and middle management levels have negatively impacted the company, adversely affecting the reputation of a brand as established as 7-Eleven.

Dislikes

No new learning, no job security, only they care about publicity and spending money on this. They got "great place to work" why & how & for what? Don't join 7-Eleven GSC.

Facilities and benefits provided are good and office is nice.

Dislikes

Please don't join as a intern either of 3 months or 6 months they won't provide any full time opportunity. They just provide internship to promote the company. Be careful about this.
