Most important thing is work satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your work then there is no meaning. But at 5D I am always enjoy my work and satisfied. we can easily manage work-life balance. The team is really very co-operative in every situation.

The culture is really good at 5D solutions. No Micro- Managemnet at all. We have the freedom to work and flexible working hours help employees to maintain the work-life balance. The training session help to grow. Townhall meeting in each month gives a retrospective of the development of the projects a company's progress. Overall, its good experience to be a part of 5D Team.

Environment and the culture is really very good at 5D. Every day you learn new things which tends to lead more productivity for you and also for the projects you working on. Colleagues/senior are very supportive. We have freedom to work and its provide flexible working hours which helps to maintain work-life balanced for employees.
