Only thing I like that the product or process which they are running. Management and HR department very bad..No engagement or Position or proper hike is not there..No work life balance. Expecially CRM Team and mangement.

Dislikes

Dirty politics inside the office and the management decision are bad about the process and work culture. And no job security..Process managed by uneducated hierarchy and there is no voise for core workers, who works with the client and other internal team. 10hour duty without no break.(night shift)

Only Platform is good. Nothing else.

Poor work culture. Imbalanced personal life due to odd hours customers calls and escalation. Very unprofessional and unethical Practices from Management. No Job Security.

Nothing as such. They wanted to spread their legs in every direction but unable to master 1 service division.

No learning, only Yes man can work here No growth Company without any vision Usually hires Avg talent and expect them to deliver A grade results Failure to admit that their service and quality is bad, as a result of which very bad reputation in market Heavy internal politics Incompetent people across leadership

Nothing... your manager only gives hopes and when you ask your money they will kick you..

Dislikes

1- Poor Management. 2- Pathetic Services. 3- Not given travel expenses to sales employees. 4- After achieving incentive they are not paying..They make you fo and save money. 5- This is third class company and always play with Sales person. 6- Manager and Management both are unrealistic. 7- They are making fool to client and company.
