HR is directly involved with the sales team and constantly puts pressure on employees. There is no job security—at any moment, you could lose your job. If the company invests in your fieldwork expenses, the HR team deducts those expenses if you fail to achieve their unrealistic targets. From the very first day, there is no breathingspace, and inside sales personnel start pressuring you. No sales employee lasts longer than 4 to 6 months—most leave the company, and new employees are hired to repeat the cycle. So, my advice is: do not join this 5C Network company. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a job. I was so impressed with the Management and employees were friendly and helping nature passionate to learn new skills. I like the culture and The team was very friendly helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Only thing I like that the product or process which they are running. Management and HR department very bad..No engagement or Position or proper hike is not there..No work life balance. Expecially CRM Team and mangement.

Dirty politics inside the office and the management decision are bad about the process and work culture. And no job security..Process managed by uneducated hierarchy and there is no voise for core workers, who works with the client and other internal team. 10hour duty without no break.(night shift)
