I can not recommend 4S Developers Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon to potential employees based on my firsthand experience of hostile working environments and unethical organizations.

Great Place To Work, perfect location for Gurugram people, with convenient metro connectivity making it easy to commute. The work culture is excellent, with a great leave policy that ensures a healthy work-life balance. The team is friendly and supportive, making it a joy to come to work everyday. Another perk is the lunch facility provide for office staff, which is a lovely gesture. Overall, I'm happy to be a part of this origination and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work

President Sales and Marketing( Amir Hussain ) in my company is really not good. The behavior of the management is quite pathetic. There’s a lack of support for employees, and communication is often poor. It feels like they don't value our input, which leads to a frustrating work environment. Overall, it’s disappointing to see such unprofessionalism in a company that should be focused on growth and teamwork. Shifting kra's everyday, no job security. Treating employees like shit.

It was completely pathetic No management HR will tell you a lot of perks while joining but the moment you join this organization things will go upside down HR head will not listen to you- He will be brutally rude with you.... Threaten you to fire..... I don't think that the Owners know what is happening in their company..... Multiple people join and leaves the organization within a week I too left in 2 weeks..... Now they are threating me to go legal and asking for 1 month recovery..... Completely waste of time... *DO NOT JOIN* if they are reaching you out for any opportunity.... Although I was ready for 1 month notice period but The HR head talks so rudely that nobody could listen his tone or language.... Immense mental pressure

I have started my career form 4S Developers. And I must stay it was a right choice. Here, I learnt every aspect of Human resource be it Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement, Policy Making or Payroll. And also, I would say the support from the senior is commendable. The company offers plenty of opportunities for skill development and internal growth. The work culture is inclusive. Good perks like health insurance and team outings.
