Reports of salary withholdings from resigning employees and alleged wrongful termination based on fake accusations further underscore a regrettable professional association. In conclusion. I can not recommend 4S Developers Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon to potential employees based on my firsthand experience of hostile working environments and unethical organizations.

Nothing to like about this organisation till Mr. President (Sales & Marketing) is there in system who thinks that he is president of the nation.

Everything is bad, during my tenure I was forced to switch multiple roles, rude behaviour from seniors(Mr. President). Forced to late hours. It was complete mental torture to me. He just wants everything according to him otherwise he'll eat your job and you'll be forced to put resignation. It's nowhere related to the performance, its completely ego satisfaction.

I have started my career form 4S Developers. And I must stay it was a right choice. Here, I learnt every aspect of Human resource be it Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement, Policy Making or Payroll. And also, I would say the support from the senior is commendable. The company offers plenty of opportunities for skill development and internal growth. The work culture is inclusive. Good perks like health insurance and team outings.

My advice to everyone please don't come here as long as President - Sales & Marketing is in this company. Who consider himself the owner of this company. If you want to spoil your future then go, otherwise please keep working where ever you are.
