They want only the billable they don’t want about If we having the 5years experience they will send us 10 years experience. They will deploy the resources. They don’t having a single project.

Excellent work environment for freshers to kick start their career, Learning Curve drastically gets improved due to on the job training. They do have excellent policies for employee’s with better work life balance, lot of on-site opportunities.
