No job security, No timely Salary. Sometimes salary delays for 20days. No job security, They won't even settle full and final if you leave the company. Irony is MD also behaves like a HR, and the HR is just a puppet.

The company really has nothing to offer. They have no work life balance and they treat their employees poorely

Dislikes

They are reluctant to offer salary hike even after working for more than one year. HR department is terrible. Very poor work life balance and mediocre work only, done by employees. Very bad environment to grow professionally.

- The place provides an excellent learning curve as they entrust you with challenging roles, which bring out the best in you. - Fast paced work environment with tons of people who enjoy doing what they do. People are fun and exciting. - Great work life balance. - Excellent work culture.

Dislikes

It is a growing company so certain processes might be tedious, however, these are reviewed/rejigged regularly to make operations easier for everyone. You are judged if you don't share food! ;)

Supporting seniors, excellent guidance, professional attitude to grow and help you grow.

I like the work culture, it is very inclusive, people are very helpful and teach you a lot, the managers and HR are very quick to address any query.

Dislikes

I'm not too fond of the office space and the lack of a pantry area.
