...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The only thing good about the company is the facade.. other than that Office politics, partiality are at the top always.. specially the project manager Soumak, the worst of all.. He prefers US' work ethics, environment, pattern, style whatever being an Indian and being in India.. People who roam around flattering him being blabbermouth are serious regarding work and those who don't are a little less than worthless (unprofessional). As well as the HR team who work not less than goons of the company, being harsh minded and judgemental for the associates.. A place where the project lead forces the team lead and walk him along to the saloon in break time and shave off his french beard as that looked very 'unprofessional'.. I wonder what they could do with Narendra Modi.. No proper space for lunch and moreover the HR team (as instructed by Soumak personally) was not allowed to have lunch with anybody so eventually had to wait until 4-5 pm at times for the lunch space.. So being an ex employee I can warn people to think before joining the company..

obviously a good company, good policies, management is good and helpful. if you have any query then management ask to client and solve you A.S.A.P. But Job is not fully secured.

Management is worst of the worst ever seen....salary is below 10k now if you are trying to get just pocket money then its good to go else dont expect any growth in this category..
