My journey with 3Pillar Global was fantastic. The way company take care about the their employees were fabulous. Yet I couldn't find company like this. In pandemic also they keep connected for health update. You will get the chance to learn a lot only if you join at SE or SEII. Your promotion and appraisals are depend upon your project budget.

Dislikes

- They can lose smart people very easily, if not get focused on their Salary band for existing employees. - Do promote people with good hike, else don't do. (If you get promoted and then don't think for appraisal's. You can only opt one.)

Likes

There is no any pros of this company Only the cons are there . Work life balance is good because they give you nothing work. They just hire only for showing increasing employees in their company only. I have lost my previous 1 year at this company. I did not get anything to learn not stability.

Dislikes

This is the worst company ever . Never joined this company. Employees play politics there. At first they hire you just only for showing hiring and then they fire you immediately. Worst company ever.

1. Little less salary given that the company is a MNC

Pros- Salary and perk but everything that glitters is not gold and these perks and benefits will fade away with time and only knowledge will help you at the end of the day

no learning, no job security, you can't approach senior leads directly, more of Lala Company where mid level manager force their decisions, worst culture n environment to work n grow n persist.

Zero job security Was waiting for the promotion to happen from last 1.5 years but when the time came then they said we are not aware about my promotion, your promotion was decided by your previous manager for the previous project you are now in new project and we have to initiate the whole promotion process again. And they handed over the annual increment of 5%. In a mail that the organisation have sent in july 2023 it clearly stated that the people who are having their promotion/appraisals in the august cycle will have to wait till march 2024 and there will be no more salary increase for anyone till march although they had given some promotion/ increments to the people in jan as well. There senior employee were getting the promotions from august 2023 to march 2024 but nothing for junior employees. My whole 2023 got wasted and now 2024 without promotion who will stay in the organisation with 5% annual increment.
