...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. CKYC ( Credit Card ) RBL BANKING

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dislikes

...an D) and lots of biasness. No food & transportation facility; no outing at all. More than 4k will be deducted from every employee's salary for every month for bonus which will not be given back to employees even after performing well for the complete year. Suggestion: Choose this company when you do not get offer any where in world.
